1991 EEE Graduate became TUBITAK ARDEB Director
Dr. Tacettin Koprulu, a 1991 graduate of EEE Department of Bilkent University, is appointed as the Director of ARDEB (Academic Research Funding Program Directorate) of TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey). Dr. Koprulu was ranked first in OYS 1987 Centralized University Entrance Exam of Turkey. After finishing his B.S. in Bilkent University, Dr. Koprulu received his Ph.D. from Syracuse University. Recently he was the vice director of TUBITAK BILGEM.
