Bilkent Graduate appointed as Country Manager at Dassault Systèmes
Elif Gürdal, who received her B.S. degree from Computer Engineering Department of Bilkent University in 1995, is appointed as the Turkey Country Manager at Dassault Systèmes. Previously she worked in Turk Telekom, Borsa Istanbul, HP and Oracle. Dassault Systèmes, a multinational French company, is the second largest software company in Europa after SAP. It works and is a leader on 3D design and engineering products and is especially active in automotive, aerospace, and defense sectors. For example, the PSA group uses the virtual 3D models of its cars, produced by Dessault Systèmes’ software, in its auto-show places. With these, customers can experience and configure the inside and outside of a lot of different cars that they consider to buy. The company was established in 1981.
